The Center for Advanced Sinus and Nasal Care in South Florida is dedicated to the medical and surgical treatment of diseases of the nasal cavity, sinuses, and skull base. Dr. Alfredo Archilla and Dr. Gennadiy Vengerovich are two of only a handful of Fellowship Trained Rhinologists and Skull Base Surgeons in the state of Florida. They regularly receive patient referrals from primary care providers and specialists locally, from across the state, and throughout the region.
Both Dr. Archilla and Dr. Vengerovich have the expertise and the knowledge to perform surgery for the most complex and advanced diseases of the sinuses and skull base. They are on staff at several South Florida hospitals.
Dr. Archilla and Dr. Vengerovich provide the most comprehensive and advanced medical and minimally invasive surgical options for their patients while continuously promoting advancements in clinical management and the utilization of state-of-the-art technology. We are the region’s only all Fellowship Trained adult and pediatric ENT specialists. The physicians and staff at ENT Specialists have been treating patients throughout all of South Florida since 1995. We can usually accommodate same-day and next-day appointments.

Rachel Nebenzahl, PA-C is a nationally certified Physician Assistant, licensed by the Florida Department of Health. She is a native of Boca Raton Florida and earned her Masters of Medical Science Physician Assistant from the Dr. Pallavi Patel College of Health Care Science at Nova Southeastern University in Jacksonville Florida. Rachel also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science from The University of Florida. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA). Rachel evaluates and treats patients with a variety of ENT related conditions alongside Dr. Alfredo Archilla and Dr. Gennadiy Vengerovich.
